Die With Intention Workshops

Practical and moving workshops that integrate understanding of death, ritual practice and compassionate presence in the community. An invitation to prepare, connect and find peace with the natural cycles of life.

Group Journey – Preparing for Death, Awakening to Life

This group experience is a sacred invitation for those who feel the quiet call to explore death before the end draws near; not as a shadow to fear, but as a teacher and a mirror reflecting what it means to live fully.

Over eight two-hour sessions, we gather in a circle to explore the same transformative framework I use in my individual work: a spiritual, emotional, and practical preparation for the final transition, in community, with compassion and ritual.

Each session is a shared space for reflection, storytelling, and soul work. Together:

- We will contemplate the nature of mortality and what it reveals about our priorities and purpose.

- We will reflect on our life stories, honoring both the light and the wounds.

- We will explore our beliefs about death, life after death, and the mystery that surrounds us all.

We will learn to release fear and unresolved emotions through guided practices and gentle rituals. Discover everyday ways to live with awareness, gratitude, and openness.

Begin practical preparations—from closing emotional cycles to creating ethical wills—as acts of love and clarity.

These circles offer more than preparation: they are a practice of wholeness. By witnessing each other's truths, we remember our shared humanity and dissolve the silence that often surrounds death. The group becomes a space of support and transformation, where vulnerability is received with respect and courage is born from connection.

You don't need to be sick or near the end to embark on this journey. You only need to feel that subtle impulse: the desire to live more authentically, to reconcile yourself with impermanence, and to face death not with fear, but with awe.

Here we learn that preparing for death is not morbid; it is the most vivid way to honor life itself.
